Ever wonder what a Manhattan 18,000 square feet home of a billionaire looks like? Two words: impossibly breathtaking.
I found this link on my friend’s Tumblr and the photographs are just so beautiful that I couldn’t resist sharing it here with my readers (when you have the time, be sure to check out my friend’s style blog too: FranklyNYC). Can you imagine 6 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a sculpture garden, a movie theater and music room, a 30′ waterfall with a reflecting pool, a private spa and gym, a teahouse, a private elevator, AND a 2,000-bottle wine room, all in one home located on the island of Manhattan? I don’t know about you, but I had trouble imagining it at first (a teahouse, really?!), but after seeing the pictures (check out that walk-in closet), I’ve added this home onto my Dream Wish List. Sure, it may look more like a stiff museum than a warm, inviting home, but one can always dream, right? It’s almost the modern-day version of the little girl fantasy of living in a castle! And just because I cannot pry my eyes away from the beautiful photographs, I’ll just leave this link for you once again… And if that’s not enough to satiate your eyes, here’s a video giving you a 2-minute tour of the place.
Alright, I think I”m ready to descend from real-estate heaven now.
I like to think this outfit – particularly the dress – is completely one-of-a-kind. I can rest assured knowing that I won’t bump into anyone wearing anything remotely similar because I’ve done a search on the web, and I can’t find any dress that looks like this one! The bodycon feature might be overplayed, as well as the raglan-sleeve touch, but it’s the colorblocking of the black and blue and the mesh sleeves that really give the dress a unique touch. I decided to maintain the sporty-feel of the dress by matching it with these fierce caged Ivanka Trump Shea booties (caged sandals = summer staple item!). Unfortunately, these heels appear to have sold out everywhere, but if you like the way they look and by some miracle come across a pair in your size, I do urge you to jump on it! They’re ridiculously comfortable, even with the height, and I’m not kidding; I was able to run across the street in these and last all night in them!
