LACE-UPS AND LASER CUT-OUTS

Meet my new friend: Wanda.

She comes from the same world as a couple of my other chums (specifically, a burgundy suede wedge flat and a beige/black ballerina flat) – a world called Restricted. You may have also seen the Restricted label around department stores and specialty boutiques, but have you taken the time to see just how comfortable they are without sacrificing on style?

I’ve been a fan of Restricted for quite a while already, thanks to a lucky introductory find at a local shoe retailer, and I’m excited about its spring collection, which boasts chic menswear-inspired oxfords, trendy wedges, colorful flats, and polished sandals like Wanda. Intricate laser-cut detail over a soft leathery upper, lace-ups, and a little peep-toe action help add sophistication to a casual and comfortable outfit like this zip hoodie casually tossed over a tulip maxi dress.
