Happy Wednesday! It’s finally starting to feel like fall here in LA, so I’ve been super happy wearing my boots and sweaters. These images were shot a couple of weeks ago when it was still a little warm out, but I was so impatient for fall weather that I threw on a (faux) leather jacket… in which I promptly started sweating! But thankfully it was during the late afternoon and the temperature dropped significantly shortly after that.

Monochromatic outfits are always safe bets when it comes to dressing, but I also love a good classic black and white palette. To mix it up, try pairing a feminine skirt with a tough outerwear, like a leather jacket (check out this splurge-worthy one!) which easily amps up the chic factor of any outfit. Below are some great pairings from this season’s selections that will hopefully spark some inspiration in your quest for fierce fall-appropriate jackets and statement-making skirts, allowing you to stand out at work or with your friends!

And now, the result from last week’s Polette eyewear giveaway is in! Congratulations to Joselyn for winning your choice of frame! I will be shooting you an email on the next steps, so please look out for that.

As always, thank you so much for reading!
